Little Orchard Cottages comprises of two adjoining single
storey Barn Conversions located in the heart of the quiet
Fylde coast countryside. They are affectionately known as
The Old Shippon and Swallows Rest.

Carefully converted from farm
buildings is 2008/9, these two
holiday cottages have been
sympathetically restored  to carefully
blend the old with the new resulting in
modern interiors mixed with traditional
features to create an ambient atmosphere

The interior designs of both the Cottages are near identical with only the odd feature distinguishing the two from each other. With the interiors and gardens finished to very high standards and both regularly maintained, the Cottages always look and feel immaculate and welcoming.

Set 30 yards off a country lane each Cottage comes with private parking in the courtyard of the development. This quiet location surrounded by trees is well placed whether you are looking to simply relax or be more adventurous and visit the coast and nearby attractions.

	Both Cottages have Kitchen / Dining Area, Lounge Area, Double Bedroom, Shower Wet Room with Toilet, Enclosed Patio With Furniture, Indian Flagstone Floors, Parking For 1 Car, Underfloor Oil Central Heating, Electricity Supply, Electric Cooker / Hob, Washer / Dryer, Dishwasher, 42” Wall Mounted Digital TV, Blu Ray DVD Player, Bed Linen and Towels. Lytham St Annes is approximately 6 miles away where you will find a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Alternatively, the lively seaside resort of Blackpool is approximately 8 miles away. For those who prefer scenery, the Pennines and the Trough of Bowland are easily accessible by car and the Lake District makes for an alternative day out.

Located 5 minutes off Junction 3 of the M55 (Kirkham turnoff) the nearest shops, pubs and restaurants are located within ¾ mile of the Cottages.
